There is no 4g iPhone., A new iphone will be released late June, and no one knows what the features will be., however there is a 3g-s model which had been out for some time now, here's the difference

Well I think they let you upgrade it when it comes out, they let you do that for the iphone 3gs. I don't get it though, how could they possibly make this phone any better? lol. I guess they could upgrade the camera, make it 5mp or something.

First of all, the next iPhone will not be a 4g. There no 4g network.
AT&T has gotten stingy about incentives. They allowed everyone to upgrade to the 3g at the new customer price back in 2008. In 2009, all they did was to drop the eligibility for an upgrade from 20 months to 18 months. My guess is that they will do something similarly stingy when the new iPhone is released this summer.
The iPhone 4th Generation is coming out this summer. From May 2010-July 2010, It may come out between then. The Iphone 4 G will feature:
3 G data speed
iChat Camera
Removable Memory
Messaging light
True Gps
OLED screen
and more!

The iPhione 4G would have to actually exist to compare it with something.
Apparently there is a new one coming but its not called 4G. There isn't a network created to be operated for 4G. Yes there is a new update coming out also, which will have the same features as the new iphone. It's all speculation that there is a new one, it's all rumours. I read something the other day at Sydney morning herald, that its all secret because it could be in competition with the Palm Pre. If there is one coming it well kept secret because there isn't a hint of on the apple website.

Just get the 3GS, a 4G iPhone won't come out for a while. This is because AT&T still has not mastered 4G, unlike Sprint. Sprint is currently the only 4G provider, while the rest still use 3G. I purchased the iPhone 3GS, and I must say it is great.
